Book and hand over
Book Royal Mail or request our ParcelForce label, then obtain proof of posting.
Track and retain proof
Keep the tracking details until we confirm safe receipt.

Address the parcel to Unit K and make sure it reaches us directly.
Before sealing the parcel
- Empty every pocket
- Include the completed Owner Send-In Form
- State the wax finish and requested repairs
- Remove or cover old labels and barcodes
- Attach the new label securely
- Seal the parcel in strong, weather-resistant packaging
The parcel must be handed directly to someone in Unit K. Wax Jackets Cleaned cannot accept responsibility for an item that a carrier leaves elsewhere without our direct receipt.

We choose a suitable tracked service based on parcel size, destination and value.

Extra cover can be requested before dispatch and remains subject to the carrier’s terms.

Keep tracking and proof of posting until we confirm safe receipt.
Carrier loss or damage
Wax Jackets Cleaned cannot accept responsibility for carrier loss, damage, delay or misdelivery.
ParcelForce label timing
Contact us before using our ParcelForce service and post the parcel promptly after the label is issued.
Regional charges
Some regions and non-mainland destinations attract carrier surcharges.
Compensation and insurance
Compensation varies by service. Extra cover is not automatic and all claims remain subject to carrier terms.

Use the full Unit K address and provide an accurate return address.
