Book Royal Mail or request our ParcelForce label, then obtain proof of posting.

Keep the tracking details until we confirm safe receipt.

Address the parcel correctly

Packing checklist and delivery address

Address the parcel to Unit K and make sure it reaches us directly.

Before sealing the parcel

  • Empty every pocket
  • Include the completed Owner Send-In Form
  • State the wax finish and requested repairs
  • Remove or cover old labels and barcodes
  • Attach the new label securely
  • Seal the parcel in strong, weather-resistant packaging
Do not nominate a safe place or allow delivery to the neighbouring post room.

The parcel must be handed directly to someone in Unit K. Wax Jackets Cleaned cannot accept responsibility for an item that a carrier leaves elsewhere without our direct receipt.
