NEW SERVICE OFFERED FOR SHIPMENT – ROYAL MAIL COLLECTION FROM HOME / BUSINESS
If you are a busy person with very limited free time, this would benefit you!
From now, we are offering the option to have your wax jacket/s collected from your place of choosing from just £7.50!*
You don’t even need a printer as the driver would bring the shipping label with them!
The way this works is as follows.
Firstly need to fill and complete the form, which can be found here. **
Then, you make sure that the jacket/s are suitably wrapped for the driver to take the parcel away, with your address being clearly visible just in case there is a problem. The driver will turn up with the label, which then begins the journey of the parcel to us. Collections can only be made between the hours of 10AM – 3PM on weekdays.
As per our normal process, we would send an email to let you know that the jacket arrived safely.
Then the countdown begins like usual, a turnaround time of between 3 – 6 weeks from when we receive the parcel.
When the requested work has been carried out, we contact you to let you know.
You then give us a call where we double check the return address, as you don’t need to use the initial collection point.
The parcel is booked, shipment is dispatched and you get a nice, clean and wearable jacket back! Simple and convenient!

*Please note that the price shown here assumes that the parcel adheres to the following dimensions – 45cm x 36cm x 16cm with a weight of no more than 2kg. If you want to send 2 jackets in the same parcel, this price increases to £10.00. If you want to send more than this, we would issue a ParcelForce label, but this would need to be dropped at your local Post Office, which there are not that many of these days. Failed collections could result in additional charges being applied.
